Make this property enabled by default and remove from preferences dialog, it can still be disabled via Settings Editor.

After discussing with Alex, we decided to push file sizes in binary format as default but keep the toggle in preferences.

Rationale: browsers show files size in binary base, commands such as ls and du too (altought they round up), even Windows!
