Item "Other" of Desktop Menu in zh_CN is not correct

When LANG is zh_CN, the desktop menu item "Other" is wrong, the menu is divided
into two part.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set LANG to zh_CN
2. start xfce
3. load desktop menu, and find the item "other"

Actual Results:  
The menu item "other" is display in two part.

Expected Results:  
It should be one part.

I use xfce-4.2.3 and found the bug. I have check the source in trunk, the bug is
still there.
