Add support for Tracker.

Tracker support seems to be working again (for me, on Xubuntu 18.04, catfish 1.4.4).
Comment 2 Thomas McWork 2019-08-30 13:28:27 CEST
For me it isn't on XUbuntu 18.04.3. Even with the latest tracker + catfish packages from ubuntu 19.10 (eoan). Tracker itself is working which I can prove by starting a search on the command line (`tracker search $keyword`). I#d love to have this feature working (again)!

I have to withdraw my last comment: It is working on ma machine – except for office files (odt, xls, ods, …). `tracker search $keyword` is working as expected. But catfish isn't showing the same results.
