Removing a single indicator plugin instance not possible

Panel with 3 indicator instances

Reproduction Steps:
1. Right Click in xfce4-panel
2. Click "add new elements"
3. Click "indicator"
4. Click "add"  (so at least 2 indicators are displayed in the panel)
5. Right click on one of the indicator areas
6. Click "remove"
7. Acknowledge dialog pressing "remove"
8. Observe vanishing of all indicator instances
9. Repeat steps 1-4
10. Observe display of all previously removed indicator instances

sorry for double-posting, I was too fast after uploading the first screenshot...

Expected behavior (user's pov):
After clicking remove on one instance of the indicator only this instance should be removed.
When adding one instance after deleting several instances only this one instance should be added.
Alternatively block adding more than one instance to the panel.

This did only occur with the xfce-indicator plugin other plugins can be added and removed as expected.
