I'm using slackware current, and just recently noticed this jewel installed.

Is there an option to configure how this gets triggered much like in windows with CTRL or else?

I personally am using it to trigger it when I disable the touchpad (a script of mine) under certain keystroke, what I'm missing is that it could
allow to specify the color of the "ripple", say --red, --yellow, or --color HEXHEX

What would the point of having different colors be? (Sorry, I don't get the use-case exactly)

Regarding the Ctrl Windows-like shortcut: currently you cannot use a single modifier as keyboard shortcut in Xfce, so that's a limitation in the whole system.

For now I don't plan to make the color configurable. It's an a11y feature, not a "special effect".
