Yes, this is line 1205 (1150 in 4.12.1). In Polish, there is no way to say "half past", and "pół do" means "half to", which implies %1 parameter usage (if I understood the context correctly). One more thing: "pół do" is correct, but a couple times less frequent then "wpół do", so eventually it should look like here: msgstr "Wpół do %1"
