I have multiple displays, and a panel at the bottom of each display showing window buttons for that display, only. I have another bug (14241) that requires me to reorder my monitors somewhat frequently. When I do this, the Window Buttons applet does not update, and continues showing windows on the monitor for which it was constructed. The solution is to open its settings, then check and un-check "Show windows from all monitors."

I suspect there's an event that fires when the panel is repositioned, and I suspect that event is either not firing when displays are edited, or is not being handled by this plugin.
