After upgrade xubuntu found that Mouse and Touchpad setting "Disable touchpad while typing" does not work, if I put delay less than 1sec.
I had 0.6 sec before, but now it does not work. If I put 1sec or more, touchpad is disabling. In additional, 1 sec looks like 2sec.

Confirm this bug for xfce 4.12.3 on Linux Mint 18.3.
Scenario: 
Go to settings select "ELAN1300:00 04F3:3059 Touchapd", set Disable touchpad while typing Duration to 0.9s or less - touchpad isn't being disabled while typing.
Set Duration to 1s or above - disabling works properly.
