Currently for xfwm4.4.4, it's only alowed 10 command shortcuts including 3
predefined shortcuts. More shortcuts are needed for a multi-media/internet
keyboard such as logitech Internet Navigator keyboard, etc. I suggest 25 command
shortcuts for the new version of xfwm.

Shortcuts are unlimited in xfce 4.4 and use a separate MCS plugin (ie the window
manager is not used as an application launcher anymore)
