Convert AppData to AppStream

Hi,

apparently AppData has been superseeded by AppStream. The format is slighty different (attached patch fix the current file) and the install location is different (/usr/share/metainfo/). There are also some differents requirements:

corsac@scapa: appstream-util validate /usr/share/metainfo/thunar.appdata.xml
/usr/share/metainfo/thunar.appdata.xml: FAILED:
• tag-missing : <translation> not specified
• attribute-invalid : <screenshot> width too small [http://docs.xfce.org/_media/xfce/thunar/file-manager-window.png] minimum is 624px
• tag-missing : <name> is not present
Validation of files failed

Appsteam updates

Here's a patch with updates I could figure out, let me know if it's enough/works for you.

The only problem appstream-util validate complains is about the width of the screenshot, unfortunately I don't have permissions to edit the documentation wiki and, if I'm not mistaken, all screenshots were standardized to a fixed size.
