When opening a file that isn't UTF-8 valid, a window pops up (see attached screenshot). Selecting 'Other: ISO-8859-14' always works and the file can be opened. However, doing this always causes Word Wrap to be disabled.

How to reproduce:

1. Ensure Word Wrap is enabled.
2. Open a non-UTF-8 valid text file.
3. Select 'ISO-8859-14' and open the file.
4. Word Wrap will now be disabled.
