launcher with %20 which was normally replacement for space character in web address got converted to 0 currently I tried it with local file so browser launcher with exec: firefox "file:///home/user/some%20path/with/space/file.html" will open firefox than open address of: file:///home/user/some0path/with/space/file.html (notice '%20' there become just '0')
I can't reproduce your bug. I add a "Create URL Link" on the desktop, with file:///home/user/some%20path/with/space/file.html as a URL. When I click on it, it is run correctly, with a space. Can you give us more informations ?
I also can't reproduce, reopen with more details if still an issue.
