The current text in the "About Templates" dialog doesn't look good to me. A
native speaker should check it and maybe come up with a better text.

The English itself is technically correct, but yeah, it's a little awkward.  The
second paragraph is fine, but I'd suggest something like this for the first:

If you frequently create certain kinds of documents, make a copy of one and put
it in this folder.  Thunar will add an entry for this document in the "Create
Document" menu.
