Quod Libet is running, VLC and Parole ain't.

Current behaviour:
After closing an MPRIS2 capable application it stays in the panel plugin's dropdown.

Expected behaviour:
a) Application gets removed
b) Right click gives an option to remove it manually

Fun fact:
Uninstalling the programm removes it but re-installing re-adds it again, even without having it started since reinstallation.

This is resolved with the above commit. It is now possible to clear known players or hide individual players.
