When within properties you want to change a location and choose the one you like most does not let you do it. You can not choose any location

I can confirm this bug, both in Xubuntu 16.04 and 14.04 machines running latest version of the plugin (0.8.9).

The bug is not present in 0.8.10, which I was able to install in Xubuntu 16.04 (I used the Bionic package here: https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/xfce4-weather-plugin)

This should work using the newest packages (0.8.11 or 0.9.1). Please retry and reopen if still not fixed.
