FWICS the gdbus port has been added to git in 2017-07-09 and there were no code changes since. Could you consider creating a devlopment release including that?  The last ristretto release fails to build against development versions of Xfce components due to missing dbus-glib include paths, and I'd rather update it to gdbus altogether than patch that. TIA.
