To completly close xfce4-notes user must open context menu of tray icon and choose "Remove". In my opinion this menu item should be called "Close" instead of "Remove". Currently user can be concerned and can think that when he choose this option, all notes will be removed.

xfce4-notes 1.8.1

Isn't it the XFCE Panel that adds the menu option?
