Once the english version of the user manual is ready (or atleast in good shape), people can start to translate it to other languages. This won't happen very soon, see bug #1365 for the english user manual. Daichi, I'm assigning this to you, since you're coordinating the i18n efforts very well already.

I think you should have full access to the repositories (or atleast for Thunar, libexo, Terminal). You're not just a translator and I think this will make it easier for Auke to "maintain you". ;-)
Translators have commit access to po-doc/, and several translations are already available.
