Running xfdesktop 4.13.1 Xubuntu 17.04 ppa:xubuntu-dev/xfce4-gtk3

Icons on desktop have white box on text, using elementary-xfce icons and Greybird theme.

Back in xfdesktop 4.12 the text box was transparent.

Duplicate of https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13609. There is info in that bug report on how to theme GTK3 xfdesktop to match its GTK2 look.
