Hello,

I'm running Arch Linux with Xfce 4.12 and xfce4-panel 4.12.1..

When I type something into a note, and then shutdown, nothing gets saved.

This has been reproducible; simply open the notes app by clicking its symbol on the panel, type something into the note, push the shutdown button.

I've configured my Arch so that the usual shutdown is triggered on pressing & releasing the power button, using the power manager from Xfce.
I've also just checked that no other shutdown is triggered independent of what is set up by the power applet - if I configure to ignore the power button, it is actually ignored.

So this looks like the autosave feature has some issues - I've seen #1165, so this seems like a bug.
