Xubuntu 16.04 64 bit. Package: xfce4-clipman-plugin/xenial,now 2:1.2.6-1build1 amd64 [installed,automatic] clipboard history plugin for Xfce panel xfce4-clipman and xfce4-goodies packages also installed. When xfce4-clipman-plugin has been added to the panel, qt programs launched with kdesudo hang for several (10?) seconds on exit with message "QClipboard: Unable to receive an event from the clipboard manager in a reasonable time". When plugin is not in the panel and clipman is open, no such hang. Observed and repeatable on this system when launching kvpm.
