Steps to reproduce:

1. Copy a 5MB file on your VMware host (Ctrl-C)
2. Go to your Linux guest
3. Open Thunar
4. Press Ctrl-V in Thunar
5. Thunar crashes with SEGFAULT

I tried the same with caja (from MATE desktop), using much larger files, and caja didn't crash, so I'm assuming that's an issue with Thunar. By the way, drag-n-drop doesn't seem to work at all.
