xfce4-places-plugin 1.7.0 on Korora 25

When unmounting an external drive in the places plugin the device is still powered. This differs from Thunar which powers down the device.

To reproduce: plug in external usb drive and in the places plugin right click the entry for that drive, select 'mount and open' (or just mount) device opens and is powered, power light on

select the drive in the places plugin and right click, select unmount,

Actual Result: device is no longer mount but power light is still on

Expected Result: drive is no longer mounted and is powered down as shown by power light turning off. This is the result of unmount from Thunar.
