Add translation string for Trash desktop icon

The Trash icon on the desktop is missing its a translation string and doesn't get translated. Patch attached.

I can confirm the same bug for my system (Arch Linux x64, XFCE 4.12.1, russian translation)

Seems like not only Desktop itself is affected by this bug - after applying patch icon on the Desktop is properly translated but in Thunar, for example, no translation is applied
