Since 4.12.3, rotated wallpapers are properly rotated before display. That's great !

But they are sometimes (not always) improperly truncated and I'm only getting some part of the image. I'm attaching an downsized example (the proper image, and what I get on the desktop).

Desktop wallpaper configuration is "Scaled, take a random image from a directory"

I couldn't reproduce this bug with the attached image, but I could with the one from Bug #14360, so I'm closing this bug in favor of that one. Thanks for reporting!
