Renaming a file does not work if window loses focus.

Description Trevor Vallender 2005-12-26 12:15:29 CET
When trying to rename a file, if the Thunar window loses focus, and then regains
focus the renaming will not work (the file will keep it's original name). This
is especially annoying for those who use "focus follows mouse" as it is easier
for the window to deactivate.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on a file, choose rename.
2. Remove focus from the Thunar window
3. Focus on the Thunar window, finish trying to rename the file

Actual Results:
The file still has it's original name.

Expected Results:
Renamed the file.
