I've found that you can add new color palettes to Xfce Terminal by putting .theme files in /usr/share/xfce/terminal/colorschemes/. Could we have it check other directories as well, such as ~/.config/xfce/terminal/colorschemes/? That way, non-root users can create and save color palettes.
