I volunteer setting up computers for donation to low income persons: a lot of them.

And for each one, under the present process, I set the sleep timer to 15 minutes.  Or I try to.  The slider is not resolute enough. It takes a super fine touch on the mouse, and several slides back and forth, to set a number that low.

Could someone take a look at the range on the slider, and 
maybe adjust the range?
