clipman icon doesn't respect panel size

After update to version 1.4.0 clipman's plugin icon became small, transparent and doesn't respect panel size independently of icon theme. On a large panel it really stands out and looks ugly.

Just another screenshot... Anybody should assign this to Simon Steinbeiss. He ported clipman to gtk3 and caused this.

Hey, yes I indeed need to add the same resize code I added to xfpm plugin (which can be seen in the attached screenshot as well).
