When Xfce4-power-manager unlocks after password the touchpad stop working.

It happened after last partial upgrade.

Some environment facts:

Kernel : Linux 4.4.0-34-generic (i686)
Distribution : Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
Computer : Dell-Latitude-D510
Processor : Intel(R) Celeron(R) M processor 1.60GHz
Memory : 1015MB (504MB used)[50 % partial whith Windows XP 50 %]
Display-Resolution : 1024x768 pixels
Touchpad : AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint

I don't know much more about it.

Hey, this bug report cannot be valid because xfce4-power-manager does not handle screen locking at all.

If you're using Xubuntu you're likely using light-locker, which switches to a different VT for locking (which is a quite secure option) and that can - with some hardware - lead to issues like the one you're describing.
You could try another locker that doesn't do VT switching, e.g. xscreensaver.
