Text somewhere in details says;
        Met.no sunrise API states that this version of the webservice
	is deprecated, and the plugin needs to be adapted to use
	a newer version, or it will stop working within a few months.
	Please file a bug on https://bugzilla.xfce.org if no one
	else has done so yet.
Im new here, so summary and version could be wrong and someone could have already reported it.(and my EN is good but not very perfect)

Bump, I am still receiving this message. Presumably the plugin author needs to update the URL, syntax, & possibly token used to pull down weather data. These changes have not yet been made, so the message is still showing.

You need to ping your distro to update the package, as it's been fixed in 0.8.7 which was released in april.
