Created attachment 6668 Panel configuration When you have multiple monitors, it is possible to choose where you want to see the Xfce panel (Monitor 1, Monitor 2, ...). If you choose a Monitor and it is disconnected, the panel dissapears. I think the panel should be reassigned to a connected monitor.
