"Favourite" should only be used for British-derived English locales

"Favourite" is a British spelling and, arguably, should not be the default for
English locales, favoring "Favorite". I happen to be an Anglophile myself, and
I'm not sure if locales have been built into Thunar yet, but it seems worthy of
mention at least.

I want to rename it to "Shortcuts", as thats whats used by GtkFileChooser.
Should be ok for en_* locales?

Yeah, that's a good idea, methinks.
