It would be very nice if I could see (at least when selecting a day on the calendar, but ideally with a small coloured dot or similar on the calendar itself) the different colours on events on a given day from the calendar view (without double-clicking to open the full day view).  This would greatly improve my ability to see what is on a day at-a-glance.
