Hi XFCE, if relative paths are used for wallpapers in xfce4-desktop.xml like <property name="image-path" value="my-wallpaper.jpg" /> xfdesktop seams not to search in XFCE_RESOURCE_DIRS. In constrast, icons in .desktop-files used in application menu are found if they are located in $XDG_DATA_DIRS/icons/ (which is part of XFCE_RESOURCE_DIRS). No absolute path is needed here. It would be great, if xfdesktop would search XFCE_RESOURCE_DIRS for wallpaper paths, too. Best, Jens Henrik xfdesktop --version: This is xfdesktop version 4.10.3, running on Xfce 4.10.
