Xfce Power Manager 1.6.0

How to reproduce:
Via xfce4-power-manager-settings
General -> Appearance -> System tray icon: ON <-> OFF

Result:
systray icon is not showing

    Show inhibitors in the plugin menu (Bug #9090)
    
    This patch now displays the applications that are inhibiting xfpm
    from doing power management in the plugin/systray menu.

Fix:
Reverted "Show inhibitors in the plugin menu (Bug #9090)"
restores systray icon.
