Created attachment 6612 Patch clock_time->timezone is set in clock_time_init so the condition 'clock_time->timezone != NULL is matching always. Tested by selecting seconds displayed (-> quick update) and changing timezone.
This can be closed: Just tested xfce4-panel 4.13.2 and changing timezone is applied correctly.
