At least google chrome processes, show up as UID root when they should be something else. Maybe since it lives in /opt



output of ps (full command line omitted)
    ps -ux | grep 2127

    ghaxt     2127  0.0  0.7 835988 95408 ?        Tl   Feb11   0:08 /opt/google/chrome/chrome ...
