The displayed time in Orage Panel clock is one second late compared to system time. Or about 0.7s, didn't measure scientifically. V 4.12.1.
How can you see that? Maybe you have slow system as it will take some time to process the request and display the data after the plugin asks the time from system. It is not being polled all the time, but it is asked one time per second, so it can easily be 1 sec off. Not sure this can be done any better.
