Window manager does not have the option to move to next/previous monitor or something like move to up/down/left/right monitor, therefore moving windows around with shortcut keys requires a custom scipt. It feels like that this should be a part of XFCE.
I have some work in progress at https://github.com/rhollencamp/xfwm4/tree/12377-move-window-monitor if you want to assign the bug to me. I'll attach a patch for feedback hopefully within the next couple of days
