Description LIAR 2015-12-17 12:13:07 CET
I have a dual monitor setting, configured with "focus follows mouse".

When I (or a software) opens a new window, it happens on a random monitor, not the one where the mouse is.

Quite annoying

If the application specifies a location, that location is honored.

If the application doesn't ask for a location, then the window is placed where the mouser pointer resides.

Please provide more specific data.
