Title pretty much says it all.  When turning on the 'reverse scroll direction' option,  only the vertical scroll direction is reversed.  While this makes some sense on mice, it's a serious pain on touch-pads, especially considering that Windows 8 and newer use natural scrolling by default, as does OS X, and pretty much every mobile touchscreen device in existence.
