I wished that there was an option of locking the screen when it automatically is blanking.

E.g. I set to blank my display after 10 minutes of inactivity. That should also lock the screen. Just like when going into suspend, the screen will be locked.

This depends on the installed screen-locker as well but the option is there in XFCE for suspend and it would be nice to also have it for "blanking" the screen.

Thanks

If you use light-locker you can set it to do exactly that on screen blanking (and I presume other lockers allow that as well).

Generally speaking though this is the lockers' domain and not the power manager's. So I'm closing this as a wontfix for now.
