When using multiple work spaces, the windows manager doesn't remember/keep track of the work space it was opened on. Regardless of the work space a particular application was started on, it will always appear on the currently active work space. Example: Two work spaces ('1' and '2'), two applications 'A' and 'B'. User is in work space '1' and starts application 'A'. Before the window for application 'A' appears, user switches to work space '2' and starts application 'B'. What should happen: The window for application 'A' starts in work space '1', the window for application 'B' starts in work space '2'. What currently happens: The window for application 'A' starts in work space '1', the window for application 'B' starts in work space '2'.
