Key mappings' content is not handled by XFCE, but is maintained by Freedesktop's XKeyboardConfig project. If this bug is still relevant, please open a bug report at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=xkeyboard-config and ask for the change. @XFCE maintainers: consider closing this as NOTOURBUG.
