Hello, thanks for your great work at Xfce4-sensors-plugin.

Sometimes I'm using more than one applet of Xfce4-sensors-plugin, one showing temperatures, another one the fans, so I can watch the output clearly.

It will be nice if we have an option displaying units only behind the last sensor.

Best regards.

Hello,

can you please attach a screenshot of what it looks like at your panel?

From what I understand, you have a setup such as the following:

+----------+------+------+
| anything | 37°F | 29°C |
| | 8Upm | 8mWh |
+----------+------+------+

Then you can simply go to the options dialog of the left-hand plugin and disable the checkbox "Show units".

Hey,

thanks for the nice remarks.

Anyway, I don't think it is a viable approach to only show units for the last sensor because either all your values have a unit much as in physics, or you know the unit definitely and leave it therefore out for convenience.

A solution to your requirements may be limiting the number of text lines to 1, maybe reduce the spacing and leave out the sensor labels.

To only display the unit at the last displayed value, you will need a separate instance of the sensors plugin.

Feel free to open another feature request targeting the spacing between the text colums or similar.

Regards
