Probably, it was caused by miscategorized desktop file, but now
I have seen `Others' at my desktop menu and this category doesn't
have eye candy unlike others :) Yeah that's really cosmetic but
I want it anyway.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on the desktop

Actual Results:  
There's `Others' category without mini-icon.

Expected Results:  
I want fallback icon (like xfce4_xicon[1-4].png).

This file causes `Others' at the menu.

PS. This file is UTF-8 encoded, but can I set
`text/plain; charset=UTF-8' here? I hope it's
displayed correctly...
