Japaneses totally distort all of historical and geometrical data on the internet. It MUST be fixed until this program to be enable fetch some of address information from somewhere.
While I'm aware of the historical tensions between Korea and Japan I wonder whether you are aware that this data is not provided by the weather plugin or Xfce, but instead gathered from online sources. What is curious though is that your query returns the correct result, at least for me: http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search?q=suwon&format=xml
Maybe a problem with the Korean version/translation of openstreetmap?
You could try to use the accept-language parameter in the URL to find that out, e.g. http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search?q=suwon&format=xml&accept-language=en-US,en I am closing this bug as invalid, as it is obviously not a problem with the weather plugin. Instead, fix openstreetmap data.
