I think the Alt+Tab dialog should highlight window borders not only while cycling with keyboard hitting Tab repeatedly, but also on mouse over. Mouse over already highlight items in the dialog and updates window name on the bottom of it, so it will be consistent if it also highlights windows bounds beneath.
But then you wouldn't be able to distinguish between the selected window and the hovered icon's window. I don't agree with this.
