Steps to reproduce:
1. open xfce4-terminal
2. use the shell command 'clear'
3. decrease the window height (eg. by resizing)

What happens?
The current line is out of the viewport, the cursor moves some lines down.

I am using xfce4-terminal 0.6.3 (couldn't pick that in your bug submit form)
